This course gives students an opportunity for students to apply concepts related to the body, mind and spirit for a happier, calmer and successful student life. Students will be invited to find ways to facilitate personal flourishing and live a meaningful life. Additionally this course engages in an eight-week modified Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction program where participants will develop the capacity for greater calm in addition to learning practical skills to manage stress.
